Tried going higher to complain about the manager and dealings with the store and customer service, the process makes this just about impossible! Wonder why????, I have already wasted a total of 15/16 hours on the phone, and 4/5 hours in store trying to resolve then number of issues. The last straw was in the store and sitting across from the manager trying to sort out the problems with one of his team members, he turned a blind eye, didn't return any of my calls.......After 15 years of being with Optus the best thing i have done is terminate any dealings with them!!!!!! P.S they dont even deserve one star, had to press to send.
