  Stopped by today for a coffee & a cookie. Did a really good small cappuccino. One of the better coffees I’ve had for a while & a nice guy serving...thanks & see you again!

  Staff baked the incorrect cookie cake. No apology from owner or offer to rectify their mistake. Appalling service!

  The friendliest staff with the best service. My vanilla chai was made to perfection along with my raisin toast
  
  I’m always stopping by here whilst shopping in Westfield to load up on some sweets or get breakfast.
  
  Their choc chip cookies are the best you’ll ever have! Also try the cookies and cream macron

  Not impressed by this owner. He has been nice and coffee has been great (albeit takes forever for him to make them) but in the past year he has not been honouring loyalty card coffees and email deals. Your customers are your bread and butter, take care of them and they will keep coming back. Sadly, we are not coming back due to this. It's not the freebies, it's the principle.
