Well I'm here to tell you that after being at The Fit Shop for five years, I still revel in the changes they have helped me make in my life. The change in both body and mindset. The support an encouragement that has lead me to take on challenges such as Tough Mudder and my first ever body building competition and more! Through tough challenges and amazing achievements, they have all been there to support me. My heartfelt thanks go out to Brad, Carley and all the trainers.
