  I had a phone that was due to be fixed and I had to spend 100's paying out I have done that and upgraded myself to a Samsung S8 paid out my s7 with that converted to a. prepaid service. I have been bumped to over 4 departments treated very rudely by 2 Indian staff who were on duty around 12 on 2/8 and who provided no answers or assistance and just whispered to each other in my presence which continued to increase my frustration. I now have a phone that no one can locate and I have a slow internet connection at home that forces me to use all my mobile data that I am due to be compensated for but they say the cannot provide any rebate until the issue with the ADSL fault in my area is fixed so I continue to receive huge Data bills as I have to rely on my data as my wife at home too slow. I have tried to call the store again as well as the device store (who have told me they can't deal with me and there are no. notes on my account). I am currently a cancer patient who is very reliant on a reliable phone and internet service for managing my various appointments and communications with many medical areas. Never have had worst service and will be escalated too the highest levels in Telstra.
