- Leonie McGlashan Added February 07, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆There are customer service desks in the bank as you walk in. People waiting in the bank can hear your discussion about your loans and other personal information as you sit at these public desks. You can hear everyone else's too. Last Saturday I needed information and waited for one of the service desks. A staff member came to an unattended desk and as I was in the front of the ambigious queue for this service stood up and gestured to him if he was able to see me. He said very loudly across the bank `What do you want!" I approached asking if he could help with an inquiry again he said `What do you want!' I sat down and persisted although feeling uncomfortable about this abrupt and aggressive behaviour from a customer service staff member.
