- Kian Gregory Added May 08, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Fairly decent prices and these days a better return policy. Don't ever bother trying to call these guys though, you'll be on hold for an eternity! You have to know what you're after before going so it can be a tad irritating when people waltz on in with the intention of effectively building a PC on the fly with only a vague notion of what they want.... A rare occurrence though, the queue (if there is one) usually clears pretty quickly.

Their prices are always very competitive and their after-sales service is the best. Occasionally you can pick up a real bargain as they clear out old stock.

The prices are really good and most of the time even cheaper than Newegg and eBay after shipping. It's a kind of store where you do your own research and walk in with a list of what you want and they get it.
- Ash Added April 14, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have used MSY for a number of years, particularly their Cheltenham store, for my computer hardware requirements. I have found that not only are their store prices very good (as good as any online prices, if not better) with good stock levels, they provide proper customer service. Only recently I exchanged a hard drive that I bought from them that was giving me some problems without any fuss. Hard to get such service coupled with competitive prices these days in a very cut-throat computer market. Keep it up guys.

You may not get much info from the staff but the prices are unbeatable. For warehouse prices prepare to sacrifice a bit of customer service. I've never had a problem with anything bought from any MSY shop. If you want more help try the Wellington Rd Clayton outlet, the guys there are very nice and more forthcoming with their IT knowledge.
