  We were able to give my mum a lovely farewell service thanks to the compassion and professionalism shown by Sharryn at Kingston Funerals. However, unfortunately the same cannot be said about Mary (CEO). At our initial meeting, we were asking questions in respect to pricing, Mary came into our meeting with an immediately defensive, condescending and rude manner. At a time when families are grieving this treatment was not appropriate or appreciated. We cannot recommend Kingston Funerals based on that initial interview and hence the two stars.

  I was very impressed with Kingston Funerals & especially Junior, who helped me so much through a very difficult time. He was very professional, prompt & caring, with a lovely nature, which made me feel instantly relaxed & reassured.

  I was warmly welcomed at Kingston Funeral Services. They've been gentle and compassionate. Jess invited me to a private room, listened to me carefully, and suggested a package that was the most suitable for me. Everything was done quickly and
  all participants in the Ceremony worked very efficiently. There were over 60 people in attendance. I've got comments, that all was very touching, warm, and well-organized.
  I'd like to express my gratitude to everybody and especially to Jess.

  Everything which we entrusted Kingston Funerals to arrange for our 98y/o dad was handled perfectly. Very nice and caring staff, We could not have asked for dad to have been handled in any better way.

  I would highly recommend Kingston Funerals. I rang them on the morning of my mum's passing at 8.30am and within 2 hours they had collected her from her nursing home and bought her into their care. Sandra our arranger at Kingston was very caring. Our mums ashes were available for pick up within one week. Their services were well priced and a good way to go if you don't need a funeral service. In our case we arranged a celebration of her life ourselves separately.
