I love the feel of this friendly boutique personal training studio where all of the staff and most of the people know each other by name. I initially found the small group training sessions tough and challenging but always felt encouraged by both the staff and other participants. The sessions have variations to allow for the individual needs/abilities of the participants. I have been amazed at the things I am doing now that I found near impossible 6 months ago. I would like to thank Gene and the staff at Core Principles for helping to increase fitness and energy levels to a point where my feeling of well being and confidence have grown enormously. Looking forward to even bigger things in 2014.
