The coaching team are super approachable, super knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about their roles in your fitness journey. The programming there is second to none, I would definitely recommend coming down and giving it a go. The coaches are great at tailoring workouts to meet all experience levels and needs.

Came to 121 for a trial a few years ago knowing nothing about Crossfit and enjoyed every session since then.
